Stanley’s enthusiasm is sensed from the very beginning and only builds throughout the 5-day session. It’s obvious why he’s been successful. His high-energy is invigorating and lays the foundation for the training you receive. Of particular note, the training itself is fascinating. Once you understand there is a science and there are techniques to conducting “the process” of mediation, you sense a certain transformation in your thinking. For me, the mind shift from attorney advocate to 3rd party neutral and facilitator was genuinely surprising to me. The opportunity in the training to develop and hone your negotiation and facilitation skills – whatever level they may be – is eye opening. And moreover, it’s just a start. You quickly realize how impactful it can be to evolve that skillset into the tools needed to become a successful and sought after mediator.
Stanley – great “e-meeting” you; having you as our trainer to lead and guide us through “this process” was our good fortune. I look forward to using the tools and training to help others overcome the legal battles that bring with it strain, stress and expense. And doing it by helping parties “self-determine” their resolution. Much appreciated.

Thank you for showing me how mediators can be effective while being ethical. After litigating for over 20 years, I have seen many mediators and I’ve always struggled with how to handle difficult personalities. But the techniques you showed us are great. And I can use them when I mediate.
This course for me truly illuminated the real role of the mediator as a facilitator and not one defined by a purposed goal to settle the parties’ dispute.
